Maintenance & After Sales Support

The facility maintenance function of Froestec aims at coordinating and overseeing the safe, secure, and environmentally-sound operations and maintenance of your cold storage facility in a cost effective manner leading to long-term preservation of the asset value.

Our facility maintenance service features:

The care and servicing by our seasoned technical personnel for the purpose of maintaining equipment and facilities in satisfactory operating condition. Its achieved by performing systematic inspection, detection, and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects.

Maintenance, including tests, measurements, adjustments, and parts replacement, performed specifically to prevent faults from occurring.

We believe that proper preventive maintenance of facility plays an important role in the smooth operations of the facilities and increase the life span of equipments installed in the facility.

After Sales Support:

The After Sales Support team offers after sales support to the entire range of our supplied products & services.

Service Agreements:

A service agreement typically includes one or more of the following elements:

- Planned preventive maintenance on units.
- Repair of units.
- Reporting on service calls.
- Agreed service level.

Spare parts:

We take complete responsibility for the following:

- Selection of recommended spare parts for a given unit.
- Reception and handling of spare parts orders.
- Assistance in selecting the proper spare part Updating of spare parts lists.

Support:


The support group is responsible for the following:

- Technical training in products.
- Technical support to products.
- Handling of complaints.

Service:

The service group is responsible for the following:

- Coordinating and carrying out service jobs.
- Service job according to service contracts agreed with the ustomer.
- Repair of products.
- Renovating old products.

Documentation:

- Development of new service manuals and updating old service manuals.
- Coordination of translations of service manuals.
- Development and updating of service reports used in the After Sales Support of your equipment.
